Take Action to Stop TRICARE-Limiting Language

Just a heads-up on the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007. According to SaveMyTRICARE.com:

House bill (HR5122, Sec.710) and pending senate bill (S2766, Sec. 1079c); includes language which prohibits for all practical purposes, the use of TRICARE if a beneficiary has an employer who offers health insurance. This language impacts both families of active duty personnel and primarily TRICARE eligible retired military. These passages as written will "limit" TRICARE beneficiaries, who are employed, from utilizing their TRICARE as PRIMARY COVERAGE.

Read more here, and then scroll down to the bottom of that page to ask your elected officials to oppose this language.
